1. The service and these terms

Excavation Marketing Pros provides Agency Page Feeds, a service for connecting authorized Facebook Pages, synchronizing Page posts, photos, and albums, adding manual feed content, and embedding selected content on websites. These terms apply to use of the administrator dashboard, Facebook integration, feed endpoints, and embed script.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business or a client, you must be authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the administrator service. Privacy matters are described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and authorization

You must be an adult who can enter a binding agreement and must have the rights and permissions needed for the Pages and websites you connect. You are responsible for your sign-in account, for granting only appropriate access, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

You must not connect a client’s Page without authorization. Facebook permissions, Page access, business assets, app review, and Meta’s other requirements determine which information is available. Authorizing the service does not transfer ownership of your Page or grant access that you do not already have the right to provide.

3. Content and website embeds

You or the relevant rights holder retain ownership of Page content and manual content. You grant us the limited permission necessary to retrieve, store, update, and display authorized content to provide the feed service, subject to the relevant Meta permissions and terms. That permission does not allow unrelated use of your Facebook information.

You are responsible for having the rights to the text, photographs, links, and other content you provide or choose to display, and for choosing an appropriate embedding website. Public feeds expose the selected content to website visitors without requiring a visitor account. Do not submit confidential information or content that you are not permitted to display publicly.

A widget identifier identifies a public feed; it is not a password. Do not put access tokens, App Secrets, passwords, or other credentials into embed code or public content.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, Meta’s terms, or another party’s rights. Do not impersonate another business, use access you do not have permission to use, collect information for an undisclosed purpose, bypass access controls, attempt to extract credentials, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or use the service for unlawful surveillance or unrelated exploitation of Facebook data.

We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address a violation, protect users or the service, comply with law, or comply with provider requirements. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact support.

5. Synchronization and third-party dependencies

The service relies on Meta, hosting providers, network availability, and valid authorization. Page content and engagement counts may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or different from what Facebook displays. Synchronization is periodic and is not a guarantee of a real-time feed.

Tokens and data access can expire or be revoked. You may need to reconnect Facebook or renew access. The service cannot bypass Meta’s permission rules, rate limits, app-review requirements, or platform changes. Manual content is a fallback and does not create Facebook authorization or publish content back to Facebook.

Facebook links and externally hosted media lead to third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Agency Page Feeds is not a Meta product and is not endorsed or sponsored by Meta.

6. Commercial arrangements

These terms do not create a paid subscription, specify a fee, or authorize a payment. Any pricing, scope of work, billing, or service-level commitments must be set out in a separate agreement with Excavation Marketing Pros. If there is a conflict concerning a specifically negotiated commercial matter, that separate agreement governs that matter to the extent permitted by law.

7. Our materials and service access

The service software, design, documentation, and other materials we provide remain owned by us or our licensors. You may use them only as needed for the authorized service. These terms do not give you ownership of the software, access to another client’s information, or rights to use third-party trademarks.

The embed script may be placed on websites for which you have permission, while the relevant feed and service access remain authorized.

8. Stopping use, revocation, and data requests

You can stop embedding the feed and remove the integration through Facebook’s Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings, as applicable. Revoking Facebook access stops access through that authorization but does not automatically remove content already stored by the service or a copy already displayed elsewhere.

To close an account, disconnect a Page in our service, or request deletion of stored information, follow our Data Deletion Instructions or email support@excavationmarketingpros.com. We process verified requests promptly, subject to applicable law and Meta’s requirements. We may retain only information required for a specific legal obligation or to resolve a lawful request, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability, disclaimers, and responsibility

We aim to operate the service reliably, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, complete synchronization, or continued availability of a third-party API. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without additional implied warranties beyond those required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by matters such as a third-party outage, revoked authorization, an unauthorized embed, or content you supplied without the necessary rights. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

10. Changes, disputes, and contact

We may change the service or these terms to address functionality, security, legal requirements, or provider changes. We will publish the current terms with an effective date and provide any notice required by law or a separate agreement. If you do not accept a material change, stop using the service and contact us about disconnecting your data.

If a concern arises, contact support@excavationmarketingpros.com so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive non-waivable statutory rights, or select a governing jurisdiction beyond what applicable law or a separate written agreement requires.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@excavationmarketingpros.com.
