Request deletion from Agency Page Feeds

To request deletion of personal information or Facebook Page data stored by Agency Page Feeds, email support@excavationmarketingpros.com with the subject:

Agency Page Feeds — Data Deletion Request

Include the email address you use for the service, if applicable, and enough information to identify the records you want removed. For a Page request, include its Facebook Page name and Page URL or ID. For a request about your own information in a particular post or photo, include the Facebook link or a short description of the content. A widget ID or the website where the feed appears can also help us locate it.

Do not send your Facebook password, App Secret, access token, government ID, or other unnecessary sensitive information. You do not need to be a Page administrator to request deletion of your own personal information.

Verification and what happens next

We may ask for the minimum additional information needed to verify that the request concerns your information or that you are authorized to request removal of a Page or client account. This protects against someone requesting deletion of another person’s account or a client’s entire feed without authorization.

After verification, we identify the relevant service records, stop the affected connection or content from being used as appropriate, and remove the information covered by the request from the service. Depending on the scope, this may include account identifiers, the Facebook connection and stored tokens, discovered Page records, client-feed records, synchronized posts, photo and album metadata, and associated service logs.

We process verified requests promptly and within deadlines required by applicable law. We will tell you when the request has been completed or explain any additional verification or specific legal reason that prevents part of the request from being fulfilled. Reply to your support email thread to ask for a status update.

If residual copies exist in provider backups, we work with the relevant providers to address them. Limited information retained only because of a specific legal obligation is restricted to that obligation and is not used to keep the feed operating.

Remove Facebook authorization

You can also prevent further access through your Facebook authorization:

  1. Sign in to Facebook with the account that authorized Agency Page Feeds.
  2. Open Settings & privacy → Settings.
  3. Find Apps and Websites or Business Integrations, depending on how Facebook lists the integration.
  4. Find the Meta app used for Agency Page Feeds and choose Remove. Its display name may be the name configured by your agency in Meta.

Facebook may change the names and location of these menus. Follow Facebook’s current instructions if they differ.

Removing the integration revokes Facebook authorization. It does not, by itself, delete information previously stored by Agency Page Feeds. Send the deletion email above if you also want those service records removed. If you request deletion through a Facebook-provided mechanism and it is delivered to us through Meta’s developer tools, we handle it under the same verification and deletion process.

What this request does not delete

Deleting information from Agency Page Feeds does not delete your Facebook account, original Facebook Page, original posts or photos on Facebook, or copies independently retained by a website owner or another service. Manage those originals in Facebook, or contact the relevant website or service separately.

Page administrators should also remove the embed script from their website when closing a feed. Deleting or disconnecting a feed can cause its existing widget to stop displaying content.

Which Meta setting uses this page?

This is a publicly accessible data-deletion instructions page, not a programmatic deletion callback. In your Meta app’s Basic settings, select the Data deletion instructions URL option where available and use this page’s URL. Do not enter it as a Webhooks callback, and do not use the Facebook login callback as the deletion URL.
